Thanks for listing the gluten free breads, at least some of them. I have been making a GF sandwich bread for years and I am sure I got it from a blog. You reminded me to look for it and these are good starting places.

I have never posted it because I want to give credit to the baker who shared it.

This is a great idea.

Heres the recipe for whats been the staple bread in our household for the last 5 years or so:

The original recipe in Bette Hagman's book has directions for both bread machine and by hand, I've always done it in the bread machine.

This year I've finally gotten the courage to learn how to make real bread ( with wheat flour) since
1. I can eat it
2. great gifts for friends and
3. I feel I need to understand how regular bread works to learn who to improvise making gluten free bread ( know what I'm aiming for)

Your blog has been very inspirational to me with some awesome recipes, and seeing your post on GF breads really just made me smile today :)
